In order to get an efficient oven and to
avoid cooled air in the baking room,
we use insulation.
-Top Insulation: One insulation of two
high temperature mineral wool on the
vault and one aluminium leaf at the top.
-Lower Insulation: Under the floor on 8 cm of
refractory vermiculite is used.
