This oven authorizes french qualifying Bread baked in a wood oven. It is fitted with a lateral throat. The flame goes
through the baking room tanks to a trap
between the fire box and the baking room.
On the basis of a SUPER PRO SP1400 or SP1900
it is possible to add parts of vault or floor to increase the backing room space. .
