This oven authorizes french qualifying Bread baked
in a wood oven. It is fitted with a lateral throat. The flame goes through the baking room tanks to a trap between
the fire box and the baking room.
On the basis of a SUPER PRO SP1400 or SP1900
it is possible to add parts of vault or floor
to increase the backing room space.
It is easy to use with advantages of wood: continous baking,
with steam sprayed through the vault
with hand or electrical device.
The decoration of the oven is not included in the price
of the oven. It may be realised by our mason or the
craftsman of your choice with your prefered style.
