Mozarella Pizza
Open oven
Ingredients: for 4 people
4 dough balls (fresh or frozen)
1 small can of tomato sauce
herbs: (basil, origano ...)
olive oil
black olives
salt, pepper
4 thin slices of air-dried ham
1 yellow or green pepper
2 ripe tomatoes
1 mozzarella cheese
Preparation: 20 minutes
Baking time: 1.1/2 - 2 minutes
Coals in a semi -circle, with flame
Blend tomato sauce with olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper.
Slice the pepper and the tomatoes.
Slice the ham.
Cut the mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle the table with flour, spread the pizza dough. Cover (not excessively) with tomato sauce.
Alternate tomato and mozzarella slices, add the pepper, ham and olives.
Sprinkle some herbs over the pizza and put into the oven.
This is a colorful recipe, in which the ham can be replaced by chicken, bacon cubes, shrimp, clams, or cheese.
