The 1200R is equipped with 6 \u00d8 32 cm rotating plates with a central \u00d8 32 cm rotating plate, or with 5 \u00d8 36 cm rotating plate and a \u00d8 32 cm rotating plate<\/strong>. Thanks to its rotating floor and rotating plates, pizzas rotate several times in front of the fire place, ensuring even cooking without the need for intervention by the pizza baker. At the end of the cycle, the pizzas are perfectly cooked and ready to be unloaded (to facilitate loading and unloading, the trays automatically stop swivelling in front of the door).<\/p>\n

The speed of the rotating floor is adjustable for precise control of pizza baking. The 1200R oven optimizes working time for pizza bakers.
