Wood fired oven with a lateral fire box designed to make the baker’s daily routine easier<\/h3>\n

The 2102 FL oven is a side-fired throat with a side-mounted firebox; i.e , the firebox which is completely separate from the loading door is located on the side of the oven, at nearly the same height.<\/p>\n

This innovative design frees you from having to handle the heavy, hot air vent and then the seat cover to block the passage between the firebox and the oven. Here, all you have to do is operate a flap <\/strong>on the front panel to open and close the throat<\/strong> and direct the flame as you wish.<\/p>\n

Since the fireplace door and the oven opening are at waist height, loading wood and shovelling the bread in and out is much more comfortable<\/strong> especially since the heat from the fireplace no longer hits your legs !<\/p>\n

This configuration also helps optimize the cooking surface, since you can use the entire baking floor, unlike ovens with a lower firebox and a throat on the baking floor.<\/p>\n
