Pottery cooking pot with handle


Pottery from Alsace, a French region situated in the north-east.


Immerse the dish completely in cold water for 12 hours and then let it dry. Then pour  2 in 3 cms of milk and warm it up for a few minutes before letting it cool. Empty the dish and clean it before storing it in a dry place. Butter the pottery before using it to make it easier to take out the dishes. Do not ever wash the dish but simply clean it with paper towel to make it easier to turn the dishes out.
