Installation of a rotary floor and rotating plates oven in the Vosges region

In March 2025, Vosges Info is celebrating the opening of L'Épicurien, a restaurant and pizzeria in Remiremont in the Vosges. This new ‘L'Épicurien’ establishment has opted for authenticity by equipping itself with one of our wood-fired ovens, thereby helping to revitalise the local economy through traditional wood-fired cooking.

A mobile wood-fired oven to create links in Torcy, France

In April 2024, France 2 reported on an original and convivial initiative in the town of Torcy: the Blabla Four, a mobile wood-fired oven installed directly in the neighbourhoods to bring residents together to make homemade pizzas. The project, run by the Maison des Familles de Torcy, aims to encourage exchanges, share the skills and techniques of wood-fired cooking and liven up local life. Residents are invited to prepare their own dough pieces, put the toppings on their pizzas and learn how to cook over a wood fire, in a warm, participatory atmosphere right in the heart of their neighbourhoods. The oven used for these events was designed in our workshops.

Video from Media Brut

In December 2023, we appeared for the second time in a Brut media video. The video highlights our 1200 gas oven, carefully selected for its authenticity, and its ability to recreate the magic of the traditional flame-fired cooking of Alsatian tarts flambées. It's a pleasure for us to share the neighbouring traditions of the Alsace region, rooted in our heritage and passed on with passion by the Alsatian bistro Schmoutz.

First in Média Brut

In October 2023, we are proud to appear for the first time in the Brut media. In this video, we can admire one of our wood-fired bakery ovens rekindling the flame in the village of Coësmes in France after 5 years without a bakery. It's an honour for us to share the values of sharing and conviviality with Chez Laurette, the first owner of this bakery in Coësmes.
