Cast iron door . Entirely closes the oven.
This door has two leaves , it is bolted to the brick front.
It can be fixed on the SUPER PRO oven with a 50 cm opening.
It allows to close the oven entirely when it is not used.If the oven is outdoor, it lowers the wind effect. If the insulation door is added, it minimizes the cooling.
