The ovens in the Ardente range are made entirely by hand from fireclay, a fired and crushed clay. Designed and built in France, these high-quality ovens come with a 10-year guarantee.

Thanks to their 6 cm thick refractory hearth, preheating time is just 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the model. Enough to make you want to turn on your wood-fired oven very often!

Pizza ovens that also know how to make really good bread.

With their thick refractory fireclay bottom and roof, Ardente range ovens are designed primarily for flame cooking: pizzas, grills, papillotes, kebabs, etc.

Would you like to vary the pleasures and prepare bread, buns, a gratin or a nice stew from time to time? It’s possible, and even advisable! Just allow for a slightly longer pre-heating time. The refractory vault and hearth will then release sufficient heat for these gentle cookings for more than 12 hours!
