F1200RBGSP Gas/wood fired oven

We are the only ones on the market to propose ovens with rotating plates and to get certified ovens by CERTIGAZ.
Novelty: the gas is now programmable.
The firebox (gas and wood fire box) is on the right or left side of the rotating floor.
Specificity  of the gas burner: it is the torch which imitates the flame in the wood fire. There are 2 sizes of flame: a long of maximum power which is used to warm the oven and a short flame to be settled depending on the power you wish

 Most of the time, pizza maker lights the oven with gas till the ideal temperature for the baking . Then he bakes with wood so that he can benefit of the appellation “pizza baked in a wood fired oven”

Accessories are delivered with the oven : metallic support + rotating floor + gas burner + doors+ complete insulation + flue connector +electric box and security devices for gas working

The assembly, the decoration around the oven, the exhaust pipe and its installation are not included .
