In a pizzeria, restaurant, bakery, or open kitchen, the wood-fired oven takes center stage. Its appearance contributes to the establishment’s atmosphere and the experience offered to customers.
The brick appearance creates a traditional look and also adds extra charm to the oven. The bricks on the composite cladding are decorative; they do not replace the refractory part of the oven and do not affect the oven’s thermal inertia.
Manufacturing tailored to each project and environment
Cladding is available for all of our professional ovens. It is manufactured to fit the oven’s shape perfectly (depending on the oven selected) and to meet the specific requirements of each installation.
The panels can be made in a straight (square) or rounded shape to save space
Depending on the configuration you choose, the cladding can cover:
- The lower front panel
- The top
- Both sides
- The back of the oven
- All four sides.
Easy-to-assemble metal components
The cladding is delivered in several metal pieces designed to be fastened together.
Once the various panels are in place, they are assembled using bolts to create a stable structure and a flawless finish. This system eliminates the need to build a complex masonry structure directly around the oven, which would increase the oven’s total weight.
If the oven needs to be moved, serviced, or sold, the panels can be disassembled to facilitate access to the various parts.
Handcrafted in our workshops
As mentioned earlier in the text, the “bricks” are made of composite material. They are attached using an adhesive specially designed to ensure reliable and long-lasting adhesion.
A front panel designed for heavy-duty use
The front panel of the oven is typically made of black powder-coated steel. This choice creates an elegant contrast with the brick finish while meeting the operational requirements of a professional environment.
Powder-coated steel has two major advantages: it is easier to clean and offers better heat resistance near the oven door.
It is technically possible to cover this part with the decorative facing as well. However, it is generally recommended to leave the black front surface exposed to facilitate maintenance and ensure long-term durability when in contact with the hottest areas of the oven.
Very easy maintenance and cleaning
The set can be cleaned with soft water and a soft brush or a non-abrasive sponge.
When necessary, a mild soap or a gentle cleaner designed for exterior walls may be used. Harsh, abrasive, or highly acidic products should be avoided to preserve the appearance of the tiles and grout.
Regular maintenance helps preserve a clean, uniform finish over the long term, even in a professional environment exposed to smoke, dust, and splatters/splashes from cooking activities.
We offer another decorative stone-look finish to give the oven a more modern look.
Suitable for all our professional ovens, for bakeries, restaurants/pizzerias, and food trucks.
