Specially designed for models in the Design range or for any oven fitted with the front bar, this pack includes a removable ashbin that attaches to the front bar and an insulating door made from refractory material.

This combination removes embers and ashes from the oven, then completely seals the cooking chamber to maintain an ideal temperature for long, controlled cooking
