Ingredients : 4 servings
4 dough balls (fresh or frozen)
1 small can of tomato sauce
herbs: (basil, oregano ...)
4 thin slices of air-dried ham
1 yellow or green pepper
2 ripe tomatoes
1 mozzarella cheese
Preparation : 20 minutes
Baking time : 1.1/2 - 2 minutes

Blend tomato sauce with olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper.
Slice pepper and tomatoes.
Sprinkle flour on the table, spread the pizza dough. Cover (not excessively) with tomato sauce.
Scatter over your topping ingredients evenly (tomato and mozzarella slices, pepper, ham,olives).
Sprinkle some herbs over the pizza and put it into the oven.
This is a colorful recipe, in which ham can be replaced by chicken, bacon cubes, shrimp, clam or cheese.
