Mozzarella Pizza

Ingredients for 4 persons

You'll need :

  • 4 balls of pizza dough (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 box of tomato coulis
  • Herbs (basil, oregano, marjoram, etc.)
  • Olive oil
  • Black olives
  • Salt pepper
  • 4 thin slices of parma ham
  • 1 yellow or green bell pepper
  • 2 very ripe tomatoes
  • 1 mozzarella cheese

Preparation time: 20 mins

Cooking: 1 min 30 to 2 min approx.

  1. Add to the coulis two tablespoons of olive oil and herbs, salt, pepper
  2. Finely chop the bell pepper, the tomatoes in the direction of the width
  3. Cut the ham into strips and the mozzarella into slices.
  4. For a pizza: Flour the work surface well. Roll out the dough and cover it with the grout without excess.
  5. Intersperse the slices of tomato, pepper and mozzarella all over the pizza.
  6. Add the ham, the olives, and again some herbs. Bake quickly.
  7. Very colorful recipe which can also be used instead of ham, chicken breast, smoked bacon, prawns, mussels, cheese.
