Pottery Terrine dish L 26 cm

Immerse the dish completely in cold water for 12 hours and then let it dry. Then pour 2 to 3 cm of milk and warm it up for a few minutes before letting it cool. Empty the dish and clean it before storing  it in a dry place.  Butter the pottery before using it to make it easier to take out the dishes . Do not ever wash the dish but simply clean it with paper towel to make it easier to turn the dishes out .
