Baked potatoes

Large potatoes.

Wash and dry the potatoes. Do not peel. Wrap individually into alu foil and put them onto the sweaped oven sole.
Bake at 240°C to 260°C for one hour, when the oven doors are closed, or for 45 min., when put directly onto the coals.
Once on the serving plate, open the alu foil on top and cut into the potato. The skin is crunchy and delicious to eat. Top the potato with garlic butter or sour cream with some chopped parley or chives.
