This oven is ideal to bake bread and authorizes the french qualifying "bread baked in a wood fired oven"

This kind of oven is ideal for the bakery. It has the advantage of the quality of the lateral fire box and rotating floor. The lateral fire box is on the right or left side.
The mechanical device is under the oven and there is no central shaft in the oven.
The floor turns thanks to the electric motor for the heating cycle and the baking cycle.
The baking is homogeneous.
It is possible to place bread at the centre of the floor and use the forward and backward rotation to dispatch bread on the floor. For the rest cycle, the oven only looses 5 to 6 °C/hour.
We supply (it depends on the type of oven) :

- The oven, the support (included rotating system), the metal frame, the insulation, the fold away door with a glass and the light, flue connector and connection part, steam device with a copper tank, 1 capillary thermometer, the lateral fire box, the ash bin of the fire box.
Excluded :
The installation, the decoration around the oven, the exhaust pipe.
