Cast iron door . Entirely closes the oven
This door has one leaf, it is bolted to the brick front. It allows to close the oven entirely when it is not used. If the oven is outdoor, it lowers the wind effect. If the insulation door is added, it minimizes the cooling. This door is glazed and allows to watch the fire safely when it heats up.
